4. Select

We then use the process of elimination combined with our knowledge in the industry and perhaps a little instinct to Select only the top 3 candidates from the short-list and brief them up with the details of the job opportunity that they may be a good fit for.

5. Send

The final stage of our recruitment process involves us creating an honest profile for each candidate based on our findings. We then Send you this profile.
